Protect Yourself
In this section, we will explore not only food but our eating practice. Why? Because diseases such as obesity, diabetes, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, dental disease, and osteoporosis are related to what we eat. You might ask, what does this have to with yoga? Everything. Our yoga practice links us to the health of body-mind-spirit. Yoga is the path to a healthy life.
